Mohammad brings more than 20 years of financial technology experience and strategic relationship development. Before Velocity, he was a Sales Director at Charles River Development and held roles at Lehman Brothers. He is a Columbia University graduate.

Dean brings 25 years of software engineering experience across internet, healthcare and financial services. Previously a Senior Solution Architect at Charles River and State Street, he worked with clients around the world to translate business objectives and detailed functional requirements into practical technical solutions.

Jeff brings more than 18 years of software development and financial technology experience. Before co-founding Velocity, he managed investment and quantitative technology in roles at MacKay Shields, Bridgewater Associates, Bloomberg and SIAL Technology Partners. He holds a B.S. from the City University of New York and a master’s degree from Hunter College.

Kashif has spent two decades leading front-office implementations from start to finish, including nine years at Charles River. His experience includes major client engagements and high-profile projects. At Velocity, he contributes operational discipline across audits, compliance and insurance, while building close, lasting client relationships.
